About the Event

Get Your Tickets

Ticket sales will benefit the artists directly. It is our mission to pay artists a fair and livable wage and for that, we need your support. Admission price for this special show is sliding scale, $20-$100 per person -  we ask that you give what you can and what you feel is fair. This ensures we get the best talent we can afford and that they want to keep coming back.  Additionally, anything above our goal each year will be used to support young music students as a means of preserving this simply human, yet utterly vital, craft.

Details

Never Come Down is an ensemble of five musicians, each bringing perspective, talent, and years of training, each their own, synergistically creating moving music that at times will make you laugh, and at times will make you cry. Never Come Down has been described in many ways and has been placed in many genres - the most succinct being "contemporary traditional." Now I know you're asking, “what exactly does that mean?” To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. What I do know, is that they've got something for everyone, and their music will cure whatever ails you.

Shane Brown is a multifaceted artist living in a rural Oregon. Rhythmic, melodic, bass driven canvases set the stage for his storytelling. Issac Shaw will be accompanying him on percussion.

This is a private event with a limited guest list, intended to keep the evening Covid safe and comfortable for the band, attendees, hosts, and community alike. Because of the limited guest list, we kindly ask that you reserve your spot by paying in advance (see below).

Our plan for Covid-proofing:

This show will be held outdoors, with guests invited to bring blankets, chairs, snacks, beverages, and whatever else might make you comfortable. Our maximum number of guests will be 60 and we ask that folks maintain ample distance and otherwise wear masks, especially when within 6 feet of others. You are welcome to group up with people in your inner Covid circles... your own tiny gathering on the lawn. Covid Party Pods should space out appropriately on the field/lawn. CPPs will be limited to a maximum of 6 covid buddies. A portable toilet will be provided so as not to impact our gracious host.

Concessions will not be provided - please bring your own!
